This policy explains how Wonder Church Inc. (“Wonder Church”, “we”) collects, uses and protects information about the people who visit this website, contact us, or receive texts from us.
Information we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number and the messages you send when you email, call or text us, or share them with church staff.
- Text messages. Your mobile number, the texts you and the church exchange and their delivery status, and a record of your agreement to receive texts: when and how you agreed, and any STOP or START you send.
- This website. This site has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the same request information.
How we use it
- to answer your questions and care for you as part of our church;
- to send the texts you agreed to receive (see our texting terms);
- to keep our records accurate, and to honor your requests to stop texts or emails;
- to operate and secure this website.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the church, such as our church management and text messaging providers, who process it on our behalf and only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is used only for Wonder Church’s own texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; see our texting terms.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep your information for as long as you are part of our church community or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards. Only church staff who need it can see it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing office@wonder.church.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
